– Excluded from the tour: Travel Insurance, Airfare, Domestic airfare
– This is a Package Tour conducted by an English-speaking tour guide
– The tour fee on May 5 of 2025, will increase by $60 per person – National Holiday
– The tour fee on August 11 of 2025, will increase by $100 per person – National Holidays
– The tour fee on December 22 of 202,5 will increase by $50 per person – National Holidays

– The fee for a single room is $180
– Hotel room type is based ona  TWN room (2 beds)
If you would like a DBL room (1 bed), please request it at the time of reservation
– The tour fee for the third guest sharing a room with 3 people
. Children under 24 months are free of charge

. Children under 5 years old must pay 80% of the tour fee, and children over 6 years old must pay 100% of the tour fee
– Travel insurance must be purchased individually by the guest
– If your guests have any dietary restrictions for health, religious or other reasons, please discuss them with us in advance
– Without prior arrangements, the tour may be cancelled unilaterally, and the schedule may change without prior notice due to local circumstances

– Tour Fee Payment: Payment must be made 4 weeks (28 days) before the tour departure to confirm the tour reservation.

※ Cancellation and refund policy

– The refund dates are based on working days from Monday to Friday, excluding Korean national holidays.
– Please, do note that if the refund amount needs to be transferred overseas, the travel agency will  cover all related bank transfer fees

. Cancelling between 15 and 28 days before departure: 85% refund of the total tour fee
. Cancelling between 8 and 14 days before departure: 70% refund of the total tour fee
. Cancelling between 7 and 5 days before departure: 50% refund of the total tour fee
. Cancelling between 3 and 4 days before departure: 30% refund of the total tour fee
. Cancelling less than 3 days before departure: No Refund
