Day 1: What to Expect
Meet your guide and head to the Colosseum to explore the highlights of Rome's most famous ancient site. Put on an audio headset for easy listening and spend the next 90 minutes learning about the amphitheater's history from your guide as you visit the first and second levels. Then head over to the Roman Forum for the second part of your tour, enhanced with live commentary from your guide. After around 45 minutes, the Colosseum, also known as the Amphitheater, is the largest and most famous remnant of the ancient world.
